General Return Policy

Because each item is custom engraved, returns are generally not accepted. This is due to the personalized nature of the product, making it difficult to resell or repurpose. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will address any issues promptly.

Exceptions

Returns or replacements will be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Defective Item: If your item arrives with a defect in the material or craftsmanship unrelated to the engraving itself (e.g., a broken base, a scratch on the non-engraved surface), please contact us within [Number] days of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We will gladly replace the item at no cost to you.
  • Engraving Error: If the engraving does not match the approved proof or the instructions you provided in writing (e.g., misspelled name, incorrect date, wrong design), please contact us within [Number] days of receiving your order with photos of the error. We will correct the engraving and replace the item, if necessary, at no cost to you.
  • Shipping Damage: If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately upon receipt with photos of the damage to both the item and the packaging. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and work with you to get a replacement. Please keep all original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their custom nature, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Items where the customer approved a proof containing errors. It is the customer's responsibility to review the proof carefully before approval.
  • Items where the customer provided incorrect or incomplete engraving information.
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer after receipt.
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance.
